Attempted on varios different settings and graphics engine such as Vulkan/OpenGL. NVDEC emulation attempted on both CPU and GPU. Vram Usage mode attempted on normal and aggressive.

Although the game loads its performance in game is very poor, with the max fps in the main menu being 30 fps but while inside the game it stutters too much to be playable.

More testing with different devices might be needed but overall I believe the game is simply not compatible.
