5. Content Policy
Compatibility reports should reflect your genuine, personal experience running a game on the specified emulator, version, and hardware. By submitting a report, you confirm that the information is accurate to the best of your knowledge.
All user-generated content (reports, profile bio) is publicly visible. Do not include personal information about others, copyrighted text, or content that violates applicable law.
6. Emulation and Copyright Disclaimer
EmuRank tracks compatibility data for emulator software only. We do not distribute, link to, or endorse the acquisition of game ROMs, ISOs, or any copyrighted software through unauthorized means. Users are solely responsible for ensuring they have the legal right to run the games they test. Using emulators with legally owned software may be permitted in your jurisdiction — please consult local law.
7. Accuracy Disclaimer
Compatibility data on EmuRank is community-sourced and may not reflect your specific hardware, OS version, or emulator configuration. EmuRank provides this information "as is" and makes no guarantee that any game will run as reported on your system.
8. Account Suspension
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, submit fraudulent reports, or engage in behaviour that harms the community or the integrity of the data, without prior notice.
9. Limitation of Liability
