Set Delay for music and judgment to -5 and it will feel pretty good, that's the setting that I was able to work with for starters at least. Some more experimentation may yield better results. Performance-wise though this works very well. The fact that we can adjust delay for the Emulator to actually pick up our inputs in time is a godsend.
