Not really much needed for a Visual Novel to work great. However here's a tip for the English Patch:

When you download the patch from GitHub, you will have two folders, one for the actual patch (content) and one called exefs_patches. Take the .ips file from there and put it in atmosphere/contents/0100F6A00A684000/exefs, then when selecting the mod to install, use the 0100F6A00A684000 folder. This will ensure that all patches are applied simultaneously, making dialogue actually English.

DLCs are currently not translated, so don't bother installing those.
