Game runs perfectly at 60fps, Ive played a good chunk of it and only one area with Green background (early in the game) runs at 40fps, it seems that specific area was optimised to run at 40fps as boosting the clock does not affect the fps. May crash 1-2 times but after the shaders load themselves it runs smooth.
