At first I thought it was just "OK" performance. But I remembered I was only testing the base 1.0 game to see if it would run. Make sure to update the game version and get the latest product keys and firmware. Performance improved significantly afterwards. There are still some stutters when exploring (I'm assuming as it loads new area assets). And there a few times during cutscenes and during combat where the color is wrong (the picture in the link looks worse than it actually is). But it never takes away from gameplay. During combat, the color corrects for a bit while doing special/boost moves. If it weren't for these glitches I would put Perfect performance.
