~20-30 fps but honestly, closer to twenty than thirty mostly.

Maybe someone smarter and more patient than me can refine these settings further.

The 2 most important settings to fix the flickering:

Graphics --> Accuracy Level to **Accurate** (emuready still hasn't updated the settings to the latest Eden version. I think if you're on an older version, it's called Extreme)

Edens Veil --> Sync Memory Operations **ON** (No option on emuready I think)

You can get away with only turning the Accuracy Level Accurate which feels like it gives you more frames, but in exchange, you still have to deal with flickering instead of eliminating it completely.

If you choose to turn Sync Memory Operations ON, then I find these next two settings can help a bit. Or it could just be placebo.

Edens Veil --> Enable LRU Cache **ON**

Edens Veil --> Synchronize Core Speed **ON**
